Q. Does Kekes Cupcakery offer any gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free cupcakes?
A. Yes! We are pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu. ↑
Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes, based on availability. Delivery prices vary based on delivery zone. There are minimum order requirements that need to be met based on delivery zone. You are certainly welcome to pick up any items as well. ↑

- We determine the set up time based on what we are setting up and the complexity of the set up itself. Most events fall within 1-2 hours.
- You may also use your own set up services, possibly provided by event staff, caterer, wedding planner or friends/family.
- If we are doing the set up, we request that you let us know any guidelines you have for where items/flavors are to be set up, what to with any extras, etc. We would need a delivery/set up window as soon as possible to add on this service (earliest time we could arrive, latest time order would need to be set up by...the larger the window, the better). ↑
Q. Do you offer display rentals?
A. Yes, based on availability.
Please visit our Display Rentals page for more detailed info on what we have to offer, capacity, size, etc. It is important to know the size/shape of your dessert table in order to help determine which displays will work for your event. You are also welcome to use any of your own displays (if we are setting up, we just ask for any guidelines you have for where items/flavors are to be set up, what to do with any extras, etc.) ↑

Q. Does Kekes Cupcakery offer custom fondant decorations?
A. We decorate our cupcakes with a variety of handmade fondant hearts, flowers, and other seasonal decorations. We also are pleased to offer custom fondant decorations for special occasions including holidays, birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events. In addition, cupcakes and cookies can be customized with personal monograms, corporate logos, or photos replicated on fondant. ↑
Ordering
Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
A. It’s never too soon to order your cupcake/cake and cookies. Not only will this help you to get the date and services you want, but it will also give you more time to decide flavors/décor.
We are a small gourmet custom made to order cupcakery so we have limited capacity for special orders and from time to time hit our capacity. Please order as far in advance as possible especially for custom designs. In general, simpler, smaller celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies can be ordered as late as a week or so in advance as they are easier for us to fit into the schedule.
So if you are ordering for an event during peak wedding season (April-October) plan on booking several months in advance to secure your date. We are also happy to accommodate late-notice orders, and often do, but to guarantee your date we recommend placing your order as far in advance as you can. ↑
Q. Do you offer more than just cupcakes?
A. Yes! We offer a variety of cakes and designer sugar cookie cut-outs. Get custom cookie shapes and designs to match your unique event. We use all buttercream frosting and are artfully decorated by hand.
Amongst our cakes choose from our Cupcake Pull-Apart Cakes, Giant Cupcakes, Smash Cakes, 6", 8" and 10" Cutting Cakes, 6", 8" and 10" Dessert Cakes. In addition to cupcakes and cookies, Dessert Bars can be baked to simply provide an array of delicious goodies or built to match a certain color scheme/theme.
If you would like your desserts to match certain colors just let us know and we’d be happy to recommend what color and flavor combos would look best! Build your own Dessert Bar to incorporate into your cupcake display. ↑

What are the general ordering guidelines?
Standard Sized Cupcakes
- Minimum order quantity: 1 dozen per flavor/décor
- We recommend At least 1 per person (minimum).
We usually recommend getting a few dozen extra, just in case (the larger the event, the more "extra" we recommend).
Keep in mind, the more flavors you offer, the more people will want to try. Also, consider your crowd and who will be attending.↑

We do not use any preservatives, so our cupcakes are always best the day they are baked. If you need to store your cupcakes we recommend doing so at room temperature in the box or an airtight container.
Avoid storing the cupcakes in the refrigerator as this will dry them out. Keep out of heat, sunlight, and humidity.
FREEZING CUPCAKES: Cupcakes may be frozen on the day of purchase, in an airtight container. When ready to enjoy, remove from freezer and place in a dry container/on a dry surface (remove from container you used to freeze them) at ROOM TEMPERATURE (do not refrigerate) for about 3 hours. ↑
